When considering website accessability, do not rely on colors alone.
When considering accessability, a website viewed without color should still contain understandable text & graphics. The background & foreground of a web site should contrast enough in color to make them distinctive. Consider that the user may be viewing them on a black & white screen. This may seem like a very small detail to consider, but color diferences will help out immensely. Remember, when you are creating a accessable website there are many different degrees of restrained users. Many associate accessability with a handicap, this is not always so. The situation may include someone who has a slow connection, a black & white monitor, no mointor at all, they may not be able to view pictures, they may have to work in an area where noise around them is too much to be able to hear a website. These are just a few scenarios to keep in mind. We look forward to learning more about accessability to offer another valuable feature to our website development. All the while helping others. That is what our business is really about, whether helping your business grow through a website, building a website for a non-profit orginization, or whether we are able to help foundations financially through the success of our business. This is what drives us.
