Step One: Research and Planning
We will meet with you to learn of your needs and goals, answer any questions, and offer our thoughts. We will research your competition to reveal advantages and disadvantages in terms of the effectiveness of their message to form our approach.
Step Two: Writing For Search Engine Optimization
We inherently create and structure copy for search engine optimization. Why is this important? Internet users search for products and services by using keywords and phrases. This is how online customers will find you. With hundreds of thousands of visitors, and competitors, the need for your website to be seen and gain a high ranking is greater than ever when it comes to your online success.
Step Three: Development of Text Content
We will establish a timeline for each part of the process to be completed. We will keep in touch through scheduled meetings or through email as the process unfolds to adjust and fine-tune text to be satisfactory to both parties. Your copy will be delivered in a Microsoft Word format known as a “doc” file.
Step Four: Project Completion
When text copy is written from scratch, you will receive a first draft, a second draft, and a Final Version. Editing, polishing, and proofreading text which you submit will take less time to finalize. As every project is unique, estimations of cost can be difficult. Generally, we charge an hourly rate of $75.00
After you have reviewed the text and/or changes have been made, you will sign and fax the Copywriting Approval Form back to us at 574.534.8170. After this form is received, we will proceed with the next phase of your project.
