Changing your perspective to become more attractive to customers & clients
Think about an instance maybe in the past week when someone you dealt with, a client, a customer, a prospective that just rubbed you the wrong way. Maybe they were rude, inconsiderate, maybe they just didn’t trust your judgement. Ask yourself, have I responded to anyone in this same way? Not just a client or prospective, but perhaps someone who cut you off in traffic & so on. Now think of all the ways they discouraged you, & also think of the oppisites of all those instances. Completely trusting, considerate & so on. The next time you are put into a possition to reflect any of the same negative emotions such as being plain rude, how would you rather respond? The point to it all: the fact is, if you change yourself & stay positive (whether it seems to make a difference to those around you or not) you will affect the people you come into contact with. It is inevitable. It is common sense, & a concept we all know to be kind to one another, to have an open mind, to not be hasty. Applying it is a different story. Treating others the way you would like to be treated is good advice.
