Google Webmaster Tools have a few new features that can be very helpful in seeing how Google indexes your website and even how to influence it.

Googlebot activity reports chart the load on your server when Google is indexing it. These reports also lets you know which pages have been crawled, the amount of bandwidth used, and the time spent downloading a page. This can help webmaster troubleshoot and improve indexing.

Crawl rate contol is a unique feature. You can actaully tell GoogleBot to index more at a time or less depending on how you see it affecting server load.

Another cool feature: Enhanced Image Search. You can opt-in to Google Image Labeler which helps identify and tag images on your website better.

Google is more helpful and innovative everyday. When will they come out with the Google - Apple Operating System to replace Microsoft Windows? Not soon enough.
